TAII may become the developer
of the project itself for as long as the landowner agrees on a joint venture
agreement (JVA) with it and there is no existing liens on the property/ies
involved, including tenant situations, availability of water, and others deemed
necessary to have from the land for the project.
Likewise, TAII will prove the
highest and fastest ROI for the JVA partners, as well as the best and optimum
land use and right time for development as intended for the land.
