Tony has been a practicing architect since he got his license in. He hails from Taytay, the wood industry capital of the Philippines and is a true second generation of a sash fabricating family, a common tradition in his Rizal town such that most second generation children were lucky enough to get a good education and graduate  as an architect or engineer. Aside from his profession, other things that keep him busy are church and marriage encounter activities where he and his wife are leaders.

Evy has chosen to specialize in interior designing after obtaining further studies from the Phil. School of Interior Design (PSID). However, she has remained an architectural practitioner with her own firm and has a considerable number of notable works in architecture and interior design behind her. Managing her real estate family business and custom framing venture as well has exposed her to business in general, and funds management in particular.

Andy as he is fondly called, is the most senior in the group and has a wealth of experience and expertise in many fields such as Project Management, Construction Management, Contracting, Development banking and finance, cooperatives, pawning business, to name a few. Having a practicing architect for a father, Andy grew up very exposed to the construction industry so it wasn’t a surprise when he chose to pursue the same profession. He was past President and Chancellor of the Philippine Institute of Architects.

Apart from handling development of high end retail stores in Metro Manila and key cities in the Philippines from conceptual design up to construction fit out, Mario has extensive experience in various pre-design and post construction services such as marketing, interior design, engineering, leasing and property management. A graduate of University of Santo Tomas and Don Bosco College, Mario spearheads our business development team to formulate and enhance revenue generating plans and programs for the company.
