Property and Operational
Management
To ensure sustainable and
profitable business management of the
built/developed projects after TAII is through with construction, it may offer
property management and/or operational management to proponents (for a separate
fee) so transition to operational mode for the building may be smooth and not
burdensome for the proponent. This may be for a limited time only until such
time that the proponent is already capable to do it themselves by which TAII
will affect a proper turnover. This may also be on a permanent basis, depending
on the agreements. As property managers, TAII shall look after maintenance,
security and operations of the buildings and the facilities, among others.
